The Savvy Experience:
- Quality warranty begins with a well-constructed home. Savvy
Homes Subcontractors are held to high standards of quality in their products and
workmanship through Scope of Work agreements, ensuring consistent building practices
in every Savvy home.
- Customer Service starts during the construction process, as
customer concerns are addressed and answered throughout the building process and
the home is readied for completion.
- The Homeowner Orientation, completed with the Superintendent, introduces
and familiarizes the homeowner to their new home features, as well as the
maintenance requirements of a newly constructed home. The Superintendent explains
to the homeowners the Customer Service policies of Savvy Homes:
- After closing, homeowners are welcome to contact Savvy Homes to report any issues
or ask any questions about the products that have been installed in their home.
Savvy Homes works closely with our Subcontractors to ensure that service requests
are answered promptly, and that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
- A Limited Warranty Agreement, which is part of the Quality Builders Warranty program,
is given to the homeowners at this time.
- Walkthroughs. Homeowners are encouraged to contact the Savvy Homes
main office to schedule a 10-month walkthrough with a Savvy Homes representative,
at which time warrantable questions and concerns can be addressed.
