The Financing Process

Buying a new SAVVY home? Here's what you need to know to begin the new home financing process:

  • The loan process must be initiated within five business days after the Purchase Agreement has been signed.
  • Within 10 business days after the Purchase Agreement has been signed, you must provide your New Home Specialist with a copy of your loan commitment letter.
